The Omeo

A self-balancing, hands-free powered wheelchair that can travel over uneven terrain, scale inclines, and handle gravel, mud, and grass. The technology originates in New Zealand and was designed by an engineer for a friend who felt confined by life in his manual wheelchair. The Omeo suits both full-time and ambulatory wheelchair users and has been described by users as the closest thing to total independence. The Omeo is capable of speeds of up to 20kmh and has a range of 50km on one battery charge.

The Hoss

Hoss is a self-balancing, two-wheel, joystick-controlled wheelchair built for everyday travel and off-road capability. With speeds up to 15 km/h and a range of up to 60 km, it delivers confident, responsive mobility - from city streets to woodland paths. Its safety features are second to none.
