  1. Put the blister pack into the device, with the side the pill comes out of pointing down towards the hole 
  2. Press down firmly on the top of the pill popper. You can use your palm or wrist for this – no finger function needed! 
  3. Flick open the base to get your tablet out. This doesn’t require much encouragement – you can just catch your finger against the little tab.
