Description

The Resilience is Vivette’s full-length grab rail, at 600mm the standard length specified by Building Regulations for residential and commercial spaces. Like the Everyday, it is handcrafted in the UK from solid timber, with concealed fixings and a furniture-grade finish that makes it look like a considered design choice rather than a safety measure. 

The tapered form sits naturally in the hand and the rail installs securely into standard UK stud centres. It works well in bathrooms, wetrooms, entrances, and commercial spaces where Building Regulations compliance is required. 

Available in Natural Oak or Iroko, weight tested to 160kg, and designed with occupational therapists for real-life use. 

Timber options 

Natural Oak is finished in a UV protection oil, suitable for around the home and all areas with low to moderate moisture exposure. 

Iroko is finished in UV protecting Osmo exterior oil, which creates a moisture-resistant layer within the wood itself. Better suited to wetrooms, showers, external use, and spaces with prolonged direct water contact.
